Who we are

Lyndsay earned her bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from the University of Minnesota, where she competed as a student-athlete in swimming. The leadership, discipline, and drive to keep improving that she built in the pool have carried into raising her family of boys and building businesses.

Growing her real estate portfolio showed her a gap in the quality of home inspection services. She made it her mission to bring better inspections to the Twin Cities and surrounding communities, because she knows a home is more than bricks and mortar. It’s the investment of a lifetime.

Jeremiah is a native Minnesotan with a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Augsburg University. There he was a three-time Academic All-American and a four-year NCAA wrestler on teams that won three national championships.

He went on to earn a Master of Divinity at Princeton Theological Seminary and has served churches in New Jersey, California, Duluth, and Minneapolis. Along the way he founded a math tutoring company, became a Master Diver and dive business owner, coached wrestling, and built a single-family and multifamily real estate portfolio.

As an investor, he saw how hard it was to find high-caliber home inspectors. Together with Lyndsay, he turned that need into a full-service inspection company. Today he leads operations, resolves client issues, and trains the next generation of inspectors to serve the community he grew up in.

Brian grew up in Bemidji and brings deep inspection and construction experience. He spent five years as a roadway inspector using ground-penetrating radar to evaluate road conditions, then became a sought-after handyman on hundreds of Twin Cities projects. He has completed several remodels and built his own tiny home from scratch.

If it’s in a home, Brian has seen it, knows how it works, and knows how to repair and maintain it. Clients value his attention to detail and his knack for explaining complex systems in simple terms.
